Meeting minutes from meeting of 06/26/07
- 7 members attended this months meeting. Several regulars were out, B. Thinnes was on vacation, and it is Summer. We could definitely use your input; we'd love to have you attend. Next meeting is Tuesday July 24th
- Procedure note: SAMA is interested in your attendance. If you have never been, or haven't been for a while, please attend a meeting. In response to some member comments, we are experimenting somewhat with the format. We'd really appreciate your direct input: Show up and help us make this a dynamic, interesting and progressive group who have fun and get things done.

- Upcoming Parish/SAMA events were discussed:
- Richard Sweet is again providing tickets to a Reds fireworks night game on Friday July 27th. We had 20 total, there were two left as of this last meeting and interest did not seem to be high enough (go Redlegs!) for Richard to pursue the additional 20 tickets he had had "possibly available".
- There are a number of events that I don't have firm dates on; I'll try to follow up before next month. I lost some notes while the kids were cleaning for the 4th celebration at our house (imagine that!)
- The SAMA annual 3 Club Golf Outing at Beech Creek date is set for this Fall. We can use door prizes and hole sponsors. There are 72 spots available at great outing rates. Date is October 7th 2007 at Beech Creek. Mark your calendars.
- Way Out: Bob has asked if anyone interested in participating in this year's WEBN Run Like Hell event mark October 26th 2007 as the date. This is a great, fun, family friendly fright fest!
- We are still looking into a night out at the Holiday Drive-In in Hamilton, OH.
- Upcoming Event: Wiffleball with St. Joe's orphans. I don't have the date but know Bruce or Bob will provide, this is one of the best and most fun events we do all year. Hope you get a chance to make a child smile.
- We had a short meeting with limited members. Hope you can make next months meeting.
- Next Months Meeting is Tuesday July 24th at 7:00 p.m. in the school annex, ABC meeting room.
